Yes. Our cohort sizes are strictly structured to ensure an optimal therapist-to-student ratio and the highest quality of individualized care. We strongly recommend initiating the admissions process as early as possible to secure a place in our upcoming cohort.

Our 4-hour daily program is divided into four structured hourly blocks: Hour 1 — Assembly, daily goal setting, and peer communication; Hour 2 — Computer lab training and digital literacy; Hour 3 — Vocational operations (retail, packaging, logistics); Hour 4 — Life skills including cooking lab, gardening, yoga, and sports. Each block targets specific vocational and independence outcomes.

Our program develops: personal safety and hygiene, kitchen and cooking skills, gardening and responsibility, basic financial literacy, time management and organizational skills, digital communication, public transportation independence, workplace etiquette, and self-advocacy skills. All life skills are practiced in real-world simulated environments within our specialized facility zones.

Our program builds essential foundational skills for supported employment, micro-enterprise, or independent work participation. The specific employment outcomes depend on each individual's profile, goals, and rate of progress. Our ITP is designed to map clear, measurable milestones toward workplace readiness — and we continuously adjust based on each student's evolving capabilities and aspirations.

Yes. Advaya provides a dedicated, GPS-tracked transport service for our students. Every vehicle is staffed with a trained specialized escort who understands sensory sensitivities, manages transitions, and ensures the safety and comfort of every student. Parents receive real-time GPS tracking links for complete peace of mind.

We have strict doorstep handover protocols. Students are collected from and returned to their home by our trained escort — with handover only to designated family members or guardians. Students are never left unattended at any point during transit. This protocol is maintained rigorously for every journey.

Parents receive bi-weekly (fortnightly) or monthly structured feedback sessions with our therapeutic team. These sessions include a review of your child's progress against ITP goals, discussion of challenges and achievements, home strategy updates, and the opportunity to ask questions. You are always informed, involved, and empowered.

Yes. Our therapists are accessible to parents through scheduled feedback sessions. For urgent concerns, our administrative team will facilitate direct communication. We believe in transparent, open communication between our team and every family we serve.
